“Dan is great! We had water leaking in the house after a very hard rain and I called numerous companies and some did not even return my call and others could not come out until later in the week and also where going to charge a fee just to come and look. Dan came out right away, took a look and made a plan with me to get the repair done. He was back the next day and made all repairs and even while he was up there cleaned out some of my gutters. “Brigley Roofing has to be one of the most honest businesses I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We had water pouring through a window, something that had happened years ago once before. At the time, we spent thousands to replace shingles and ice/water shield on the bottom 10 feet of our roof. Now I know, that it wasn’t actually the cause of the water pouring through our window from the top. Brigley explained that what was happening was that we have too much moisture/humidity in the house (something we have had other evidence of, so I believe him), and that it had frozen in our walls, and when it warmed some of it came pouring through our window. He took me outside and also showed me where it was weeping from our siding. Another company would have sold me a new roof. But he told me we had 7-10 years left on this roof, but that we were missing a furnace cap (I’d just found it in the yard deteriorated), and one vent in the roof wasn’t properly sealed. When I do need a roof, you can bet these guys are who I will call. For now, they have replaced my furnace cap, repaired a vent, and explained to me how to monitor and minimize the humidity in the house. “Brigley Roofing replaced our roof nine years ago. At the time Dan helped us get satisfaction for poorly manufactured shingles. He replaced defective shingles so we could send them in and file a claim with the roofing company. The company (GAF) furnished the shingles and Brigley roofing provided the labor for a new roof. Nine years later some manufacturing flaws became evident. I called Dan and he was out here to make the necessary repairs within four days. Again, it was service with a smile.” Dave Dunisch

“Dan came out promptly after we called and gave us an estimate. When we called with our type and color selection, he told us when they would do the work. They arrived exactly on that day and started the job. They were working on two of the hottest days this summer, but still put in a very long first day so that the house would be covered in case of rain that night. They carefully cleaned up the yard (including nails) at the end of each day. They worked very hard and did an excellent job. All went very well and our new roof looks very nice.” G.E. “One day tear off and installation. It failed 1st inspection for not having enough vents for city code so they promptly came back and added another vent. It then passed inspection. They were very easy to work with and they had the least expensive bid.” Angela Ellis
“Received competitive bid and professional consulting from Gary Mann. Brigley was not the low bidder but we were very satisfied with the detailed bid document and plan. Gary answered questions patiently and made appropriate suggestions. He provided us with references which were very helpful in making our decision. He also identified residences where we could see the shingle color we were considering in actual use. The schedule was well communicated and the work started on time. Gabriel and his team were hard working and professional from start to finish. They answered our questions and requests promptly and professionally. We have never felt so positively about a contractor’s team. They were excellent in every sense of the word. They were particularly responsive to our request to keep our pool clear of construction debris…not an easy task. The work finished on time and the clean-up was better than we had expected. “I had five companies bid on my roof. Brigley was the lowest bidder but still what I considered too high. I told them how I felt about my bids and they were willing to negotiated where the others were not. When I finally decided, I called to let them know and they said that they had just had a cancellation in my city and could start the next day. We signed the papers that night and they explained what would happen the next day. It was exactly as the salesman indicated, and went very smoothly. Roofers arrived, shingles and other materials arrived shortly thereafter and the dumpster arrived shortly after that. There were three men who worked on the roof and they definitely stuck to business and got the job done. They finished off for the day and didn’t have any part of the roof exposed to the elements. The next day they arrived and finished off the job. My roof is only 13 years old and needed to be replaced because of the Certainteed Shingles and the roofer took pictures of the roof and also removed those shingles and gave them to me so I could be involved in the class action lawsuit against Certainteed. They had indicated that they would use a magnet to locate any nails that fell around the house. I had them do that twice to make sure that everything was found. I have lots of flowers around my house and they were extremely careful that they didn’t disturb or damage any plants. Several days later the gutter people arrived and worked on the gutters. That was also a two day job. I was not home during that time but my daughter and grandchildren were. Her comment was that they were very quiet. They got in and stated working and got as far as they could and then came back the next day and finished it off. The gutter people also were good about cleaning up after themselves.” Sandra Shaffer
“Overall very well. They did a nice job of replacing the shingles and cleaning up. The only problem was that it was a extremely hot day (90+) and where they had out tarps over shrubbery, some got scorched. “The installers did a great job and were easy to work with. Sealed a gap on the chimney flashing, painted the furnace vent stack, and clean-up was good. The house has a very ”cut-up” roof-line what with seven gables, but the crew handled it very well. Price was roughly in the middle of three different estimates.
