June 15, 2003Subject: Letter of Appreciation Woodland Ponds East Association is very pleased with the roofing work done on our town houses by Brigley Roofing, Inc. since 2002. The thorough and responsive manner in which Brigley handles our roofing maintenance is very much appreciated. We can always count on the work being done quickly and with excellent quality. In addition, Brigley personnel are consistently positive and professional, whether working with Board members or responding to homeowner questions. Especially appreciated is Brigley's willingness to make repairs to and maintain roofs that were previously installed by another roofing company while assuming responsibility for installation of replacement roofs where necessary. This enabled us to move forward with our decision to change roofing vendors smoothly. It has also enabled us to eliminate roof leaks that previously led to multiple insurance claims. Your honest, knowledgeable comments and observations on roof replacement ratings contained in the Roof Inspection Report we had done by another vendor assisted us in determining and controlling the recommended replacement work. With your assistance, we have been able to maintain our existing roofs and establish a replacement schedule that is possible with our Association budget.
